【摘要】 目的观察金勃消蛾饮配合穴位疗法治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法将患儿420例随机分为对照组120例与治疗组300例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组给予金勃消蛾饮配合穴位疗法治疗。观察两组患儿临床疗效,症状体征改善、白细胞恢复正常的时间。结果治疗组在临床疗效,症状体征改善、白细胞恢复正常的时间均较对照组缩短,有效率明显优于对照组,具有统计学意义。结论金勃消蛾饮配合穴位疗法治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the clinic effect of the treatment of infant acute tonsillitis with Jinbo Tonsillitis-curing Decoction combined with acupoint therapy. Methods: 420 infant patients with acute tonsillitis in the hospital received from Jan. 2014 to Dec. 2015 were randomly divided into control group of 120 cases and treatment group of 300 cases. The control group was given regular western medical treatment,while the other group was treated with Jinbo Tonsillitis-curing Decoction combined with acupoint therapy. The clinical effect,the healing time of symptoms and the time of white blood cells becoming normal in the two groups were observed. Results: The treatment group was better in terms of clinical effect and it was quicker to improve the symptoms and normalize the white blood cells. The efficiency of the treatment group was much higher than that of the control group. The difference had statistical significance. Conclusion: It has a definite clinical effect to treat infant acute tonsillitis with Jinbo Tonsillitis-curing Decoction combined with acupoint therapy.更多还原
