【摘要】 目的探讨在常规治疗的基础上使用结肠灵汤治疗肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良的临床效果。方法120例肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组各60例。对照组服用奥美拉唑及黛力新进行治疗,实验组在对照组基础上服用结肠灵汤进行治疗,观察并比较2组患者临床症状、抑郁情绪的改变情况以及治疗的有效率、复发率等。结果经过治疗,实验组患者的显效率、有效率及总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者的临床症状积分、HAMD评分均有所降低,实验组患者症状评分、HAMD评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组复发率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上使用结肠灵汤治疗肝郁气滞型功能性消化不良的效果显著,其作用机制可能与肠道菌群的改变及肠内黏膜的修复有关,进一步的机制还有待于深入研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the Jiechanglingtang combined with the routine therapy on the treatment of liver qi stagnation type of functional dyspepsia. Methods The 120 case of liver qi stagnation type of functional dyspepsia patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with omeprazole and deanxit. The experimental group was treated with Jiechangling decoction combined with the routine therapy. The change of clinical symptoms and the depression,the effective rate and the recurrence rate before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the effective rate,efficient rate and total effective rate of experimental group were significantly higher than the control group( P < 0. 05).The symptom score and HAMD score were decreased in the both group. The symptom score and HAMD score of experimental group were significantly lower than the control group( P < 0. 05). The recurrence rate of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Jiechangling decoction combined with the routine therapy on the treatment of liver qi stagnation type of functional dyspepsia can improve patients’ clinical symptoms and the quality of life.更多还原
