【摘要】 目的通过对克拉玛依市石油企业开展职业病危害现状调查,旨在了解该市石油企业职业病危害现状,为执法部门监督执法提供数据支持。方法采用《克拉玛依市企业职业卫生现况调查表》开展现状调查。结果①石油和天然气开采业、制造业,居民服务、修理和其他服务业接害人数占全部职业病危害作业人数的82.30%,以噪声为主,制造业接触的职业病危害因素种类最多,为23种;②国有经济,有限责任公司,股份有限公司,占全部职业病危害作业人数的97.26%,以噪声为主,有限责任公司接害种类最多,为23种;③大、中型企业接害人数占全部接害人数的89.64%,小型企业接触的职业病危害因素种类最多,为21种;④克拉玛依区、独山子区、白碱滩区接害人数占全部接害人数的98.27%,接害人次最多的为克拉玛依区,也是接触职业病危害因素种类最多的地区,为20种。结论克拉玛依市石油企业职业病危害因素有种类多、范围广等特点,今后监督执法重点应放在克拉玛依区、独山子区、白碱滩区、工业园区(新区)的经济类型为有限责任公司的制造业上。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]Through investigating the current situation of occupational disease hazards in oil companies in Karamay,to understand the current situation of occupational disease hazards of oil companies,and provide the data support for supervision and law enforcement of law enforcement agencies. [Methods]The investigation on current situation was carried out by the"enterprise occupational health status questionnaire of Kaeamay".[Results] ①The workers exposure to occupational hazards in oil and gas industry,manufacturing industry,resident service,repair and other services accounted for 82.30% of all workers exposure to occupational hazards. Noise was the main hazard. The types of occupational hazard factors in manufacturing industry were the most,which were 23.②The workers in state-owned economy,limited liability company,incorporated company accounted for 97.26% of all workers exposure to occupational hazards. Noise was the main hazard. The types of occupational hazard factors in limited liability company were the most,which were 23. ③The workers in large and medium-sized enterprises accounted for 89.64% of all workers exposure to occupational hazards. The types of occupational hazard factors in small enterprise were the most,which were 21. ④The workers in Karamay district,Dushanzi district,Baijiantan district accounted for 98.27% of all workers exposure to occupational hazards.
