【摘要】 本文报道我科2015年8月采用小切口辅助下行微创经皮肾镜碎石治疗左侧盆腔异位肾的肾盂肾盏结石1例,获得成功。随访4个月,症状缓解,未见结石残留。我们认为对于盆腔异位肾合并较大结石(>2 cm)者,小切口辅助下微创经皮肾镜碎石术安全、有效、可行。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported one case of left ectopic pelvic renal calculi treated with small incision assisted minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in August 2015. The patient was followed up for 4 months. The symptoms were relieved and no recurrence was found. We deem that the small incision assisted minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy is safe and feasible for ectopic pelvic kidney large calculi( > 2 cm).更多还原
