【Abstract】 Residential areas in cities all over China have increasingly been walled up during last two decades,a phenomenon that the current stateland disposal system,the predominant modes of housing development,and the oversimplified measures on crime prevention have allhelped to contribute.Improvements on landing control devices and other rules that define and mange the boundary between the public and the private are needed in shaping a more open city.更多还原
