郑州工务机械段焊轨车间用电无功补偿的投资效益分析
Analysis on the Investment Benefit of Reactive Power Compensation in Welding Workshop of Zhengzhou Railway Machinery Department
【摘要】 由于生产工艺的特殊性,郑州工务机械段焊轨车间在生产过程中使用了先进的功率半导体非线性负荷设备,运行时产生大量谐波成分电流,使得常规功率因数补偿装置基本损坏。生产时产生的谐波流入配电系统,污染电网,影响各类电气设备正常运行。为此,选择高品质的安全补偿装置投入电网,大大改善了电网质量,提高了设备使用寿命和系统供电效率,降低了电力成本。
【Abstract】 Due to the particular production process of the Zhengzhou railway welding workshop,which adopts the advanced power semiconductor nonlinear load equipment,large amount of harmonic current will arise during the operation. As a result,the conventional power factor compensation device is easily damaged,thus harmonics goes into the power distribution system,causing electric network pollution and affecting the normal operation of the various types of electrical equipment. Therefore,this paper selects high- quality safety compensation device and put into power network. The actual effect of new compensation device shows the measure greatly improves the quality of power grid,extends the service,ameliorates the system power supply efficiency,and reduces the cost of electricity at the same time.
