不同处理方法对口腔常用铸造金属的耐腐蚀性和力学性能影响的研究

【摘要】 目的对口腔常用铸造金属(钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000)进行茶多酚人工唾液浸泡处理和铸件热处理,分析钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000的浸泡腐蚀情况和力学性能的变化,并对这几种铸造合金的不同表现进行讨论。方法将钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000铸造件进行分组,每种金属均进行1.25 g/L茶多酚人工唾液浸泡、铸件热处理后人工唾液浸泡,检验腐蚀情况,观察表面形貌,力学性能检测。结果钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000的热处理组和茶多酚组对比对照组其耐腐蚀性有明显提高,而力学性能变化无显著差异。结论热处理组和茶多酚组均可提高口腔常用铸造金属(钴铬合金、纯钛、Vitallium2000)的耐腐蚀性,且对其强度无显著影响。

【Abstract】 Objective By processing common casting metals( cobalt- chromium alloy,pure titanium,Vitallium2000) for oral cavity with tea polyphenols artificial saliva soaking and heat treatment,we analysis their immersion corrosion and change in mechanical properties. Thus,we can discuss the different performance of these casting alloys in oral clinic. Methods We setup three groups of cobalt- chromium alloy,pure titanium and Vitallium2000 casting. EThese metals are soaked into the 1. 25 g / L tea polyphenols artificial saliva,or soaked into artificial saliva for immersion after heat treatment. Corrosion,the morphology of their surface and mechanical performance are examined and tested. Results The corrosionresistance of cobalt- chromium alloy,pure titanium and Vitallium2000 in heat treatment groups and artificial- saliva soaking groups have a significant improvement compared with the control group. No significant difference in mechanical properties is observed. Conclusions Heat treatment and tea polyphenols soaking can improve corrosion resistance of commonly used metal casting cobalt- chromium alloy,pure titanium and Vitallium2000 without introducing significant difference in their mechanical properties.
