SiC纤维增强Ti基复合材料的界面反应规律

【摘要】 本文总结了不同体系的Si C纤维增强Ti基复合材料的界面反应特点。界面反应产物通常呈层状分布,产物类型与基体种类和纤维涂层的种类有关。如当基体为!型或!+β型钛合金,且Si C纤维表面存在C涂层时,界面反应产物通常为Ti C(对于SCS-6 Si C纤维还存在一层硅化物Ti5Si3),且靠近纤维的Ti C晶粒非常细小,而靠近基体一侧的Ti C晶粒相对粗大;当基体为Ti-Al金属间化合物(如super!2、Ti2Al Nb、g-Ti Al)时,界面反应产物除了含二元Ti的碳化物外,还存在Ti-Al-C的三元化合物,如Ti3Al C或Ti2Al C。

【Abstract】 This paper summarizes the interfacial reaction characteristics of several different Si C fiber-reinforced titanium-matrix composites. Interfacial reaction products are usually distributed layer by layer. Using different matrix and fiber coating results in different products. For example, the interfacial reaction products are usually Ti C( there still exists a layer of silicide Ti5Si3 when using SCS-6 Si C fibers) if α orα + β titanium alloy is matrix and there is a C coating on Si C fiber surface. The Ti C grains close to the fiber side are very small,while those close to the matrix side are relatively large. Interfacial reaction products will be binary titanium carbide and Ti-Al-C ternary compounds,such as Ti3 Al C or Ti2 Al C if using TiAl intermetallic compounds( such as !2,Ti2 Al Nb and g-Ti Al) as matrix.
