【摘要】 金融发展与海洋产业结构优化之间具有相互渗透、相互作用、相互依存的耦合关系。构建了金融发展与海洋产业结构优化综合评价指标体系,运用耦合度模型和耦合协调度模型,对我国11个沿海地区金融与海洋产业结构优化的耦合发展状况进行了时空分异测度。结果表明:我国多数沿海地区两大系统的发展态势及耦合关系均呈现稳健向上的趋势,但也存在地区差异明显、部分沿海地区耦合关系失调等耦合裂隙,提出发挥政府的支持和引导作用、推动海洋金融产业集群建设、健全风险管理机制与强化金融监管并重、建立区域海洋金融合作机制等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 There was a coupling relationship of mutual penetration,interaction and interdependence between financial development and optimization of marine industrial structure. This paper constructed a comprehensive evaluation index system of financial development and marine industrial structure optimization,and used coupling degree model and coupling coordination model to measure the difference of coupling relationship of financial development and marine industrial structure optimization of the 11 coastal areas of China. The test results showed that the development trend and the coupling relationship of the two major systems in China had a steady upward trend,but there were also obvious regional differences and imbalance coupling relationship in some coastal areas. Therefore,this paper put forward to play the role of government support and guidance,to promote the construction of marine financial industry cluster,to improve risk management mechanism and strengthen financial supervision,to establish regional marine financial cooperation mechanism and so on.更多还原
