甘肃不同产地党参药材中多糖含量测定

【摘要】 目的:研究甘肃不同产地党参药材中多糖成分变化,探讨多糖成分在党参质量评价方面的可控性。方法:通过紫外分光光度法进行党参多糖成分分析,建立有效部位在中药质量控制方面的实用性。结果:甘肃不同产地党参多糖含量在18.38%~47.25%,平均含量为34.12%,变异幅度为29.27%。结论:紫外分光光度法对党参多糖成分变化反应灵敏,该结果为党参品种选育、适宜环境的选择、品质调控措施和优质高效栽培技术提供科学依据,并为党参的规模化、产业化发展提供技术支撑。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the variation of polysaccharides in Gansu Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae from different habitats and evaluate its quality controllability. Methods: Polysaccharides in Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae was analyzed by UV spectrophotometry to establish the practicality of effective parts in quality control of traditional Chinese medicine. Results:Polysaccharides in Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae from different habitats in Gansu was at the range of 18.38%~47.25%(the average of 34.12%) with variation range of 29.27%. Conclusions: UV spectrophotometry was effective in the determination of polysaccharides in Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae. The results could provide a scientific basis for the herb breeding, selecting the appropriate environment, quality control and efficient cultivation techniques, as well as provide technical support for the largescale and industrial development of Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae in Gansu.
