核桃青皮提取物对犬脓皮病治疗效果观察

【摘要】 对云南农业大学动物医院门诊收治的患脓皮病犬进行病原菌的分离鉴定,分别用临床常用治疗脓皮病药物林可霉素和不同浓度核桃青皮提取物为研究对象,评价其对分离菌的抑(杀)菌效果。试验结果表明,昆明地区犬脓皮病的主要病原菌为金黄色葡萄球菌、化脓性链球菌以及大肠杆菌,以三重感染为主。临床试验疗效显示,林可霉素对照组临床治愈率为70%,显效率为10%,其中有10%患犬显效后复发,总有效率为80%,30 d后在未治愈的患犬病变组织中分离到病原菌,林可霉素对脓皮病各病原菌的抑菌圈在治疗后均明显减小。核桃青皮提取物的抑菌效力和治疗效果与浓度成正比,治疗后在未治愈的患犬组织分离鉴定到病原菌,药敏试验抑菌圈直径在用药前后无明显变化。实验结果表明,林可霉素治疗犬脓皮病效果较好,但病原菌易对其产生耐药性;核桃青皮提取物治疗组患犬在整个治疗期间都获得了不同程度的康复,使用高浓度核桃青皮粗提取物治疗后病原菌无耐药性产生,且治疗有效率达到100%。

【Abstract】 Pathogenic bacteria causing dog pyoderma were isolated and identified in Yunnan Agricultural University Animal Hospital Outpatient, and bacteriostatic test in vitro was carried out with Lincomycin and different concentration of extracts from walnut green husk. The main pathogenic bacteria causing dog pyoderma in Kunming area were Staphylococcus aureus,Streptococcus and E.coli with the mixed infection as the major ones. Lincomycin present 70% of curative rates, 80% of effective rates and 10% of recurrence rates against dog pyoderma. After 30 days, pathogenic bacteria were isolated from unhealed dogs. All bacteriostatic rings were significantly decreased after treatment with Lincomycin. Extract of walnut green husk showed a dose-dependent effect on dog pyoderma. Drug sensitivity test indicated that antibacterial circle diameter had no significant changes after treatment with walnut peel extract. Experimental results showed that the main pathogenic bacteria causing dog pyoderma had obvious resistance to Lincomycin, but the extract of walnut green husk present 100% of effective rates against this disease without any drug resistance.
