北方香菇菌棒规模生产过程中的污染控制试验
Pollution Control in the Scale Production Process of Fungus Pack of Lentinus edodes in the North of China
【摘要】 通过对香菇菌棒生产的几个关键环节(木屑堆积时间、装填料方式、灭菌和冷却方式、接种培养等)进行试验观察,探究出降低菌棒生产污染率的关键步骤:木屑经过3个月以上预堆积,可以有效减少因木屑对袋子的机械损伤而造成的菌棒污染;双层袋和卧式装袋机可以降低污染率;高压灭菌过程中采用阶段性操作方式和常压灭菌过程中延长灭菌时间均能起到降低污染的效果;在配有过滤装置的冷却室,灭菌培养基快速冷却到15℃左右有利于降低污染率;双人接种箱式和相对恒温的培养环境也是降低污染率必不可少的重要环节。
【Abstract】 Through several test in the fungus pack production of Lentinus edodes, including the time of sawdust accumulation,the mode of filling bags, the methods of sterilization and cooling, the form of inoculation and culture, etc, the purpose is to explore the key steps for reduce the pollution rate. After more than 3 months of preaccumulation of sawdust, it can effectively reduce the mechanical damage caused by wood chips to the bag of the fungus, and double bag and horizontal bagging machine,stage operation mode in the process of high pressure sterilization and prolong the sterilization time in normal pressure sterilization process can reduce the pollution rate. In a cooling chamber equipped with a filtering device, the sterilizing medium rapidly cooled to about 15℃ is a good way to reduce the pollution rate. Using inoculation box and maintenance of relatively constant temperature of the culture environment, is also an important link to reduce the pollution rate.
