【摘要】 目的了解麻风康复者的生理健康和生存质量状况以及康复需求的情况。方法调查69例住院麻风康复者人口学特征、健康状况和医疗服务需求的情况,同时运用主观营养评估(SGA)、人体数据测量和生化指标检测三种方法 ,对研究对象的营养状况进行评估。结果患者菌型分布比较,差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);调查对象Ⅰ级畸残率为10.1%,Ⅱ级畸残率为81.2%;多菌型患者手部、足部畸残情况较为严重,患者畸残情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。51例(73.9%)需要防护用具。结论住院麻风康复者畸残严重,因此加强对麻风康复者中畸残患者的康复治疗,是关怀麻风康复者的一项重要举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate physiological health condition, survival quality and rehabilitation demands in leprosy survivor. Methods Investigation was made on demographic characteristics, health condition and medical demands in 69 hospitalized leprosy survivors. Subjective global assessment(SGA), anthropometric data and biochemical criterion detection were applied to evaluate nutritional status. Results There was no statistically significant difference of distribution of bacteria types in patients(P>0.05). Grade Ⅰ disability rate was 10.1%, and grade Ⅱ disability rate was 81.2%. Multibacillary leprosy patients had severe disability in hand and foot, while the difference had no statistical significance(P>0.05). There were 51 cases(73.9%) in need of safety device. Conclusion As an important measure, enhancement of rehabilitation treatment for hospitalized leprosy survivors with severe disability is necessary.更多还原
