【摘要】 目的:探讨"PCE"教学法联合形成性评价教学模式在儿科临床教学中的应用及效果。方法:选取128名临床医学系实习学生作为研究对象,实验组采用"PCE"教学法和形成性评价相结合的教学模式,对照组则采用传统教学模式,最终通过学生满意度调查和客观结构化临床考试进行教学评价。结果:学生主观满意度调查显示新型教学模式能够明显激发学生的学习热情,提高学生的逻辑思维能力、归纳分析能力、语言沟通能力、团队协作能力、文献检索能力、创新思维能力和实际运用能力;客观结构化临床考试亦显示实验组的客观结构化临床考试平均成绩明显优于对照组。结论:"PCE"三联合教学法和形成性评价相结合的新型教学模式在儿科临床教学中取得较好的教学效果,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To find out the effect of using PCE and formative evaluation in the clinical preceptorship of pediatrics. Methods: A total of 128 clinical medicine students were selected. PCE combined teaching method and formative evaluation were used in experimental group while traditional teaching model was used in control group. The teaching effect was evaluated by student satisfaction survey and objective structured clinical examination( OSCE). Results: Student satisfaction survey showed that PCE combined teaching method and formative evaluation could stimulate learning enthusiasm and improve learning efficiency and the abilities of logical thinking,inductive analysis,practical application,self-study,literature retrieval,innovation and team cooperation. OSCE showed that the average score in experimental group was obvious higher than that in control group. Conclusions: Using PCE and formative evaluation in pediatric clinical preceptorship can achieve good teaching effect and it is worth recommending in clinical preceptorship.更多还原
