【摘要】 近几年来,标准化病人(Standardized Patient,SP)的引入临床内科学教学,取得较为满意效果,但在留学生的教学中尚未应用。目的:探讨标准化病人在留学生的肾脏内科学临床教学中的应用。方法:抽取本校临床医学本科2010级留学生88名,分别采用标准化病人和传统方式教学。结果:理论操作考核和问卷调查中,实验组均优于对照组。结论:采用标准化病人进行辅助教学在留学生的教学中效果比较理想。更多还原

【Abstract】 Standardized patients( SP) has been used in the teaching of clinical skills for the course of clinical internal medicine with good effects. However,it hasn’t been used in the teaching for overseas students. Objective: to discover the effects of using standard patient in the teaching of nephrology for overseas students. Methods a randomized controlled trial was conducted with 88 overseas students enrolled in 2010. Results: knowledge test,skill test and survey results of the experimental group were all better than those of the control group. Conclusion: using SP in the teaching for overseas students can have good results.更多还原
