α-T3模型中的Klein隧穿和电导
Klein Tunneling and Conductance in α-T3 Model
【摘要】 指出了α-T3模型是近年来出现的二维材料模型,其中用参数α来描述六边形中央的格点与蜂巢晶格上格点的耦合强度.利用紧束缚近似导出了α-T3模型低能哈密顿量,计算了粒子通过电势垒的透射概率的表达式,采用图解法分析了透射概率及电荷输运电导在各种条件下的规律.
【Abstract】 This paper pointed out that the α-T3 model is a two-dimensional material model emerging in recent years,thereinto,the coupling strength between the lattice points of the hexagonal lattice and lattice points of the honeycomb lattice is described by the parameter α. By using the tight binding approximation,the low-energy Hamiltonian of α-T3 model is derived,and the expression of the transmission probability of a particle passing through the electric barrier is calculated,and the regularity of the transmission probability and charge transport under various conditions are analyzed graphically.
