明目益气方辅助常规对症干预治疗屈光不正性视疲劳临床研究
Mingmu Yiqi decoction assisted with conventional symptomatic intervention for ametropic visual fatigue
【摘要】 目的探讨明目益气方辅助常规对症干预治疗屈光不正性视疲劳临床疗效。方法研究对象选取本院2011年4月-2015年4月收治屈光不正性视疲劳患者共80例,以随机分组法分为对照组(40例)和治疗组(40例),分别采用常规对症干预和在此基础上加用明目益气方辅助治疗;比较2组患者临床疗效,治疗前后视疲劳评分、裸眼视力及屈光度水平等。结果对照组和治疗组患者临床治疗总有效率分别为72.50%(29/40),95.00%(38/40);治疗组患者临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后视疲劳评分显著低于对照组和治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时治疗组患者治疗后裸眼视力和屈光度水平均显著优于对照组和治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论明目益气方辅助常规对症干预治疗屈光不正性视疲劳可有效缓解眼部症状体征,提高视力水平,并有助于纠正屈光不正。
【Abstract】 Objective To determine the clinical effect of Mingmu Yiqi decoction assisted with conventional symptomatic intervention for ametropic visual fatigue. Methods Totally 80 patients with ametropic visual fatigue were chosen from April 2011 to April 2015 in our hospital and randomly divided into a control group(40 patients) with conventional symptomatic intervention and a treatment group(40 patients) with Mingmu Yiqi decoction besides conventional intervention. We compared the clinical effect, visual fatigue scores, naked eye visual acuity and refractive degree before and after the treatment in both groups. Results The clinical effects of the control group and the treatment group were 72.50%(29/40) and 95.00%(38/40), the treatment group being significantly better(P < 0.05). The visual fatigue score after the treatment in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group and that before the treatment(P < 0.05). The naked eye visual acuity and refractive degree after the treatment in the treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group and before the treatment(P < 0.05). Conclusion Mingmu Yiqi decoction assisted with conventional symptomatic intervention in the treatment of ametropic visual fatigue efficiently relieves the eye symptoms, improves the visual acuity and helps correct ametropia.
