光肩星天牛足跗节感器超微结构观察

【摘要】 为了明确足跗节感器在光肩星天牛觅食、交尾等行为中的作用奠定基础,利用扫描电镜技术对光肩星天牛足跗节上感器的种类、形态、分布等进行观察分析进行观察。结果表明光肩星天牛具有3种类型感器,即毛形感器(2亚型)、刺形感器(3亚型)和锥形感器。感器类型和分布无性别差异。雌雄足跗节长度和感器数量具有性二型现象,体现在雌虫跗节及侧爪长于雄虫,雌虫前跗节的感器数量显著多于雄虫。结合该虫行为对这些感器的功能进行推测探讨以及对该虫足跗节感器类型、形态、分布的研究有助于进一步了解天牛的化学通讯机制。

【Abstract】 The shape, type and distribution of tarsal sensilla of the Asian longhorned beetle [Anoplophora glabripennis(Motschulsky)](Coleoptera: Cerambycidae) were observed and described in order to understandtheir effects on feeding and mating behaviors. The ultrastructure of tarsal sensilla of both female and male adult A. glabripennis was observed with scanning electron microscope. The results showed that there were 3 types ofsensilla in adult tarsi which were sensilla trichodea(2 subtypes), sensilla chaetica(3 subtypes), and sensillabasiconica. Though the sensilla’s type and sex distribution were similar, tarsi length and the amount of sensillashowed dimorphism as tarsi length of the female was longer than that of the male and the amount of sensilla ontarsi and claws of the female was much more than that of the male. Studying the type, shape and distribution ofthese sensilla and their functions with consideration to feeding behavior would be helpful to understand thechemical communication mechanism of the longhorned beetles.
