低温胁迫下核桃叶片抗寒性生理生化指标分析

【摘要】 常发的倒春寒给山西的核桃生产带来巨大损失,为指导农民生产并给核桃抗寒性育种提供理论依据,以8个常见的核桃品种和黑核桃为试材,测定展叶后叶片在低温胁迫下的相对电导率、SOD活性、POD活性、CAT活性、可溶性糖及MDA含量,根据这些指标对不同核桃品种叶片的抗寒性进行评价,并进行各指标相关性分析和主成分分析。低温胁迫下,‘金薄香1号’叶片相对电导率变化较小,且每个温度处理下均未超过0.5;黑核桃和‘中林1号’MDA含量维持了一个较低的水平;黑核桃、‘中林1号’和‘香玲’的可溶性糖含量在各温度处理下均处于一个较高的水平;受到低温伤害时,SOD酶活性较高的为‘金薄香1号’和‘礼品1号’,POD活性较高的为‘辽核1号’、‘金薄香6号’、‘金薄香1号’,CAT活性较高的为‘礼品1号’和‘中林1号’。结合田间调查结果和各项指标分析,展叶后叶片抗寒性较强的为‘辽核1号’、‘金薄香6号’、黑核桃、‘礼品1号’和‘香玲’。主成分分析可以更全面地反映多指标下的评价结果。

【Abstract】 Late spring coldness often causes great loss to Shanxi walnut industry. In order to guide productionand provide scientific basis for walnut cold resistance breeding, relative electric conductivity, SOD activity,POD activity, CAT activity, contents of soluble sugar and MDA of young leaves of Juglans nigra and 8 walnutcultivars were measured. Leaf cold resistance of different walnut cultivars was evaluated by these indexes.Under low temperature, the relative electric conductivity of‘Jinboxiang No.1’had small change and remainedless than 0.5 under every treatment; MDA content of Juglans nigra and‘Zhonglin No.1’maintained at a lowlevel; soluble sugar content of Juglans nigra,‘Zhonglin No.1’and‘Xiangling’maintained at a higher levelunder every treatment. Under low temperature stress,‘Jinboxiang No.1’and‘Lipin No.1’had higher SODactivity,‘Liaohe No.1’,‘Jinboxiang No.6’and‘Jinboxiang No.1’had higher POD activity,‘Lipin No.1’and‘Zhonglin No.1’had higher CAT activity. Index correlation analysis and index synthesis analysis of differentcultivars were also conducted. Combining field survey and index analysis, the leaf cold resistance of‘LiaoheNo.1’,‘Jinboxiang No.6’, Juglans nigra,‘Lipin No.1’and‘Xiangling’are strong. Principal componentanalysis can provide a more comprehensive conclusion for multi-index estimation.
