【摘要】 介绍2016中国国际纺织机械展览会暨ITMA亚洲展览会参展电脑横机的厂商和设备概况。阐述参展电脑横机的技术特点包括:全成形电脑横机技术不断提高,电脑提花鞋面横机持续升温,电脑横机应用领域不断扩展到智能服装、装饰领域,岛精公司的APEX3系统、智能吓数、琪利软件等工艺软件不断智能化。分析所参展电脑横机最新的发展动态,并从技术角度对电脑横机的进一步发展提出几点建议:国产电脑横机的多样化可不断满足生产需求,但在主要技术性能上有待进一步突破,从鞋面电脑横机带动行业发展的角度看,应不断拓宽电脑横机应用领域,如装饰、产业用等领域。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the computerized flat knitting machines on the 2016 China International Textile Machinery Exhibition-ITMA Asia, and mainly presents the technological characteristics including the improvement of fully-fashioned computerized flat knitting machine technology, persistent overheating of computerized shoes knitting machine, the continuous extension of application fields such as smart clothing and decorations, intelligent technology software like APEX3 from Shimaseike, Intelligent pola data and Qili. In addition, the latest developing trends are analyzed in this paper, and some recommendations are proposed, i.e., the diversified domestic computerized flat knitting machines constantly meet the production requirements, but the main technical performance needs further breakthrough, and due to the perspective of the computerized shoes knitting machine driving the development of industry, the application scope of computerized flat knitting machine should be continuously enlarging, such as decoration and industrial.更多还原
