K波段200W连续波行波管的研制
Research and Development of a 200W K-band CW TWT
【摘要】 K波段大功率连续波行波管是星地电子对抗的关键器件,本文论述了其设计及研制情况。此行波管达到的技术指标为:工作频率为K波段,输出功率>200 W,带宽>1GHz,效率>40%,增益>40dB,输入输出VSWR<2。K波段大功率连续波行波管的研制成功填补了国内技术空白。
【Abstract】 K-band high power continuous-wave travelling wave tubes(TWTs)are key components in ground-satellite electronic countermeasure(ECM)systems.The research and the development of a high efficiency K-band TWT are described in this paper.The continuous-waoe(CW)output power of the TWT is more than 200 W,the efficiency is more than 40%,the gain is more than 40 dB,the bandwidth is more than 1GHz,while the input & output VSWRs are less than 2.The development of K-band high power CW traveling wave tube fills the gap in the domestic technology.
