调修温度对转向架焊接构架Q345E钢组织与性能的影响
Influence of rectification temperature on properties of Q345E steel for bogie welded frame
【摘要】 采用不同的火焰调修温度(700℃、800℃、1 000℃和1 200℃)对构架材料Q345E钢进行火焰调修,分析了不同的火焰调修温度对其组织与性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着火焰调修温度的升高,Q345E钢拉伸及冲击性能均有所下降且冲击性能下降的较为明显;不同调修温度下,Q345E钢弯曲性能良好,硬度及疲劳性能变化不大;Q345E钢在700℃和800℃一次调修时其显微组织与未经调修的母材相当,为沿轧制方向呈带状分布的铁素体和珠光体,而在1 000℃和1 200℃调修时其显微组织为粗大的多边形块状铁素体和珠光体,已完全没有未经调修的母材呈带状分布的轧制特征且晶粒有所长大,故合适的热调修温度为700~800℃,不宜超过1 000℃。
【Abstract】 Adopt different flame adjusting temperature( 700 ℃,800 ℃,1 000 ℃ and 1 200 ℃) for Q345 E steel frame material flame repairing,analyze the influence of different flame repairing temperature on its microstructure and properties,the results show that with the flame adjusting temperature rises,the tensile and impact properties of the Q345 E steel has declined and the impact of performance degradation is more obvious; Q345 E steel bending performance is good,hardness and fatigue performance changes little in different adjusting temperature,the microstructure of Q345 E steel at 700 ℃ and 800℃ is similar to the base material without adjusting,along the rolling direction distribution of ferrite and pearlite,but its microstructure is bulky polygons blocky ferrite and pearlite at 1 000 ℃ and 1 200 ℃,which has no base material characteristics of the distribution of the parent metal strip rolling and grain grows up,so the appropriate heat adjusting temperature is 700 ~ 800 ℃ which should not exceed1 000 ℃.
