新型造纸法再造烟叶涂布技术应用研究

【摘要】 介绍新型造纸法再造烟叶涂布系统的构成、设备结构原理及应用效果,结果表明:在168~190 m·min-1车速范围内,涂布系统的涂布率为34.0%~37.0%(产品涂布率设计值36.0%±2.0%),产品定量为90.5~96.5 g·m-2。

【Abstract】 The system structure, equipment structure principle and application effects of a new type reconstituted tobacco coating technology system was introduced, the results showed that when the speed range is 168 m·min-1 to 190 m·min-1, coating rate of the new type coating system was 34.0%~37.0%(product coating rate was designed at 36.0%±2.0%), basic weight of products is from 90.5~96.5 g·m-2.
