【摘要】 目的分析我市乡镇卫生院处方点评工作存在的问题及不合理用药现象,提出具有针对性的质量改进建议。方法 2015年9~10月由九江市卫生计生委组织专家组分别从本市10个县、2个区抽取具有代表性的共22家乡镇卫生院,采取"查、评、谈"相结合的方式,调查处方点评开展及合理用药状况。结果 22家乡镇卫生院均开展处方点评工作,但水平参差不齐,门诊处方及住院医嘱合理率较低。结论卫生行政部门应进一步加强对乡镇卫生院处方点评工作的监管。改善卫生院合理用药的现状需要完善医疗机构内部管理,进一步加强医务人员合理用药知识与技能的培训,完善合理用药制度建设,构建并落实处方点评绩效考评体系,培养农民合理用药意识等多方面的能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the existing problems and irrational use of drugs in township health center prescription review in our city,and to put forward some targeted suggestions for the quality improvement.Methods From September to October 2015,22 township health center were selected from 10 counties and 2 districts of our city by expert group of Health and Family Planning Commission in Jiujiang City.Combination of investigation,assessment and talk was used to investigate the development and rational use of prescription review.Results 22 township health center carried out the work of prescription review,but the level is different,the reasonable rate of outpatient prescriptions and hospital doctor′s advice was lower.Conclusion Health administrative departments should further strengthen the supervising for prescription review of township health center.Improving the status quo of drugs rational use in hospitals,internal management of medical institutions needs to be improved,and to further strengthen the training of rational drug use knowledge and skills of medical staff,improve the rational use of drug system construction,construct and implement the performance evaluation system of prescription review,train the ability of farmers rational drug awareness.更多还原
