【摘要】 目的观察甲基泼尼松龙联合红霉素治疗支原体感染后大叶性肺炎的效果。方法选择镇江市第一人民医院2014年5~11月收治的50例支原体肺炎患儿。将其分为观察组24例,对照组26例。对照组在地塞米松辅助红霉素静脉治疗基础上,予以常规止咳化痰对症处理。观察组应用甲基泼尼松龙辅助红霉素疗法。比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为100.0%,高于对照组的88.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲基泼尼松龙联合红霉素治疗支原体感染后大叶性肺炎的效果肯定,用药安全,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the treatment effect of Methylprednisolone combined with Erythromycin on lobar pneumonia after Mycoplasma infection.Methods From May to November 2014,in the First People′s Hospital of ZhenJiang,50 cases of Mycoplasma pneumonia children were selected and divided into treatment group(24 cases) and control group(26 cases).The control group was treated with Erythromycin and Intravenous dexamethasone therapy adding regular cough phlegm.Treatment group was treated with Erythromycin plus Methylprednisolone therapy.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 100.0%,higher than88.5% in the control group,with statistical difference(P <0.05).Conclusion The curative effect of Methylprednisolone combined with Erythromycin on lobar pneumonia after Mycoplasma infection is valuable,in the aspect of drug use is safe and is worthy to promote in clinical using.更多还原
