【摘要】 目的探讨双心护理干预对择期冠脉介入患者的效果。方法选择深圳市南山区人民医院心血管内科2015年1~12月住院期间择期行冠脉介入诊治的患者共300例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各150例。对照组采用常规护理模式;观察组在常规护理基础上加用双心护理干预。分析两组患者心理特征变化情况及对护理的满意度,比较两组桡动脉穿刺成功率。结果入院时两组患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。护理后,观察组SAS评分、SDS评分、护理满意度、桡动脉穿刺成功率均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论双心护理干预可降低择期冠脉介入患者的SAS、SDS分数,提高护理满意度,提高桡动脉穿刺成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the effect of cardiac-mental nursing in patients receiving selective coronary artery intervention. Methods 300 patients treated by selective coronary artery intervention in our hospital from January to December in 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=150) and control group(n=150).Patients in control group were given general nursing while patients in observation group were given general nursing plus cardiacmental nursing intervention.Changes of psychological features of patients were analyzed,and their effects on satisfaction and success rate of radial artery puncture were also compared. Results There was no significant difference in anxiety self rating scale(SAS) and self rating depression scale(SDS) between the two groups at admission,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After nursing care,the SAS score,SDS score,nursing satisfaction,radial artery puncture success rate in observation group was significantly better than that in the control group respectively(P<0.05). Conclusion Cardiac-mental nursing can reduce anxiety and depression scores in patients receiving selective coronary artery intervention,and improve satisfaction degree towards nursing and success rate of radial artery puncture.更多还原
