【摘要】 目的评价纤维桩修复对根管治疗后年轻恒牙抗折强度的影响。方法选取2014年7~10月大连市口腔医院60颗因正畸需要拔除的未经根管治疗的前磨牙。按照随机数字表法将其分为三组,每组20颗。根管充填后不做处理者为阴性对照组;根管充填后进行复合树脂水门汀充填者为阳性对照组;根管充填后行纤维桩+树脂水门汀者为实验组。常规桩道预备后用复合树脂和纤维桩修复,万能测试机进行抗折实验,比较三组抗折强度。结果实验组牙根颈部抗折强度为(978.00±86.56)N,根尖1/3处为(807.00±20.13)N,阳性对照组牙根颈部抗折强度为(786.00±23.42)N,根尖1/3处为(577.00±18.78)N,阴性对照组牙根颈部抗折强度为(401.00±12.52)N,根尖1/3处为(298.00±13.16)N,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对用纤维桩修复根管治疗过的年轻恒牙各部位抗折强度的测量显示,纤维桩可以增强根管治疗后年轻恒牙的抗折强度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the influence of fiber post restoration on fracture resistance in young permanent teeth after root canal treatment. Methods From July to October 2014,60 premolar teethwithout root canal treatment were pulled out for orthodontics and selected in our hospital.According to a random number table,they were evenly divided into three groups.Root canal filling without further disposal was classified into negative control group.Composite resin cement filling was used after root canal filling,which was categorized into positive control group.After root canal filling,fiber post combining with resin cement was classified into experimental group.Composite resin and fiber post were applied after conventional post space preparation.Universal testing machine was used for fracture resistance.The strength of fracture resistance among three groups was compared. Results In the experimental group,strength of fracture resistance in root neck was(978.00±86.56) N and in 1/3 of root tip was(807.00±20.13) N.In the positive control group,they were(786.00±23.42) N and(577.00±18.78) N,while in the negative control group,they were(401.00±12.52) N and(298.00±13.16) N respectively,that displayed statistical differences in comparison between groups(P <0.01). Conclusion After testing the strength of fracture resistance in each position of young permanent teeth treated by fiber post restoration on root canal,fiber post can enhance the fracture resistance strength of young permanent teeth after root canal therapy.更多还原
