【摘要】 目的探讨通心络胶囊治疗高同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)血症的临床效果。方法选取本院2013年2月~2015年5月诊治的高Hcy血症合并血脂异常患者80例,将其随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予叶酸5 mg,1次/d;甲钴胺片0.5 mg,3次/d;维生素B610 mg,3次/d。治疗组在上述治疗的基础上给予通心络胶囊3粒,3次/d,常规治疗6周。所有患者在服药前后检查Hcy、总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)及肝肾功能。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后Hcy、TC、TG、LDL-C水平明显下降,HDL-C水平升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间所有患者无胃部不适感、无心脑血管事件发生,且未发现肝肾功能异常。结论通心络胶囊联合叶酸治疗高Hcy血症较单用叶酸可明显降低Hcy水平,改善血脂水平,同时改善血管内皮功能,预防心脑血管疾病的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Tongxinluo capsule in treating hyperhomocysteinemia. Methods80 patients with hyperhomocysteinemia and dyslipidemia treated in our hospital from February 2013 to May 2015 were selected and they were divided into treatment group and control group.In the control group,they were provided with 5mg folic acid once per day,0.5 mg mecobalamine thrice a day,and 10 mg vitamin B6 thrice per day.In the treatment group,on the basis of the control group,3 Tongxinluo capsules thrice a day were added.After six weeks conventional therapy,homocysteine(Hcy),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and hepatic and renal function before and after medication in all patients were examined. Results Compared with the control group,the level of Hcy,TC,TG,and LDL-C after therapy in the treatment group was greatly decreased respectively,and HDL-C level was increased with statistical differences(P<0.05).During treatment,no gastric discomfort,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events,or abnormal hepatic and renal function was detected.Conclusion Combination of Tongxinluo capsule and folic acid can remarkably decrease Hcy level,improve blood lipid level and vascular endothelial function,and prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.更多还原
