铁基合金中锰元素的快速分析研究
The Rapid Analysis on Manganese in Ferroalloy
【摘要】 使用快速元素分析仪对铁基合金中锰元素的发射光谱进行了分析研究,结果表明可有效解决铁基合金中锰元素的现场快速分析问题。使用Mn 279.48 nm谱线组和Mn 294.92 nm谱线组可以实现铸铁及合金钢中锰元素的快速定性及定量分析。分析系统可记录材料光谱,使现场快速分析具备可追溯性,为质量控制提供条件。
【Abstract】 Characteristic of emission spectrum was studied on manganese in ferroalloy with rapid element analyzer. The result shows that the analyzer can resolve the on-site analysis on manganese in ferroalloy effectively. The analyzer makes the qualitative and quantitative analysis on manganese in ferroalloy very convenient with Mn 279.48 nm spectrums and Mn 294.92 nm spectrums. The analyzer can records spectrum of material and provide relevant intensity data for all spectrum lines objectively. The analysis result can be traced,so the rapid element analyzer can satisfy the quality assurance system’s needs.
