【Abstract】 Higher vocational teaching culture, which is shaped in cultural ecological environment of teaching and learning in higher vocational colleges and reflects the values and behavior characteristics of teaching in higher vocational education. That is a kind of cultural phenomenon of the professional spirit of melting teaching subject. Nowadays, in higher vocational colleges, the teaching culture is lacking, and the construction of teaching culture is ignored.
