【Abstract】 In 1950,in order to restore the economy,save money,and build a modern army,the Central Committee of the CPC,according to the judgment on the domestic and international situation,decided to disarm 1.5 million. It is the first large-scale disarmament in the history of PLA,and a major decision of army building since the founding of new China. After the Korean war broke out,the disarmament plan was affected,but still disarm nearly 1 million,which accumulated experience for the later disarmament and demobilization.更多还原
