基于CFD对BF型双浮球瓦斯继电器油流整定值的校验

【摘要】 针对目前瓦斯继电器校验装置精度低,操作繁琐,且由于流速传感器存在响应时间无法对瓦斯继电器内部流场进行实时监测,提出运用CFD计算机仿真技术对BF型双浮球瓦斯继电器重瓦斯报警的过程进行数值模拟,研究其内部流场运动规律并对其油流整定值进行校验。对比模拟结果表明,该方法能较简洁有效的对瓦斯继电器进行实地校验,并能清晰地反应瓦斯继电器内部指定时刻的流速分布状况。有效提高了瓦斯继电器的检验效率和可靠性。

【Abstract】 In view of the low precision and complicated operation procedures of current Buchholz relay calibration device, and the problem that the internal flow field of Buchholz relay cannot be monitored in real-time due to the response time of velocity sensor, it is proposed in this paper to use the CFD computer simulation technology to simulate the heavy gas alarming process of the BF type double float Buchholz relay, study the movement of the internal flow field and check the set values of oil flow. The simulation results show that the proposed method is simple and effective for field of Buchholz relay, and can clearly show the internal velocity distributions of Buchholz relay at any particular time. The method can effectively improve the efficiency and reliability of Buchholz relay calibration.
