【摘要】 目的了解贵阳市城区0~2岁儿童不同年龄段的睡眠习惯及睡眠障碍的发生情况。方法采用分层抽样法抽取贵阳市城区1 014例0~2岁儿童作为研究对象,采用统一问卷对受试儿童家长进行现场调查,应用SPSS17.0统计软件包进行统计学分析。结果贵阳市城区0~2岁儿童睡眠障碍的患病率为25.15%。其中男童患病率为25.40%,女童患病率为24.83%,男女童之间患病率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.042,P>0.05)。82.05%的儿童与家长或保姆同睡一床,10.65%的儿童与家人或保姆同房睡眠但不同床,仅7.20%的儿童单独睡眠,与家人或保姆同床睡眠的比例随年龄的增长有增加的趋势(χ~2=76.253,P<0.01),男女童之间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=3.393,P>0.05)。34.71%的儿童在夜间睡前需要安慰物。结论贵阳市0~2岁儿童睡眠障碍的发生率相对较高,对医务工作者和家长进行相应的、正确的睡眠健康教育;促进儿童良好的睡眠习惯形成,改善儿童睡眠状况,从而降低儿童睡眠障碍的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand sleep habits and sleep disorder prevalence among urban children aged 0-2 years old in Guiyang city.Methods A total of 1 014 children aged 0-2 years old were selected from urban area of Guiyang city by stratified sampling method,a uniform questionnaire was used to survey the parents of these children,SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The incidence rate of sleep disorder among urban 0-2-year-old children in Guiyang city was 25.15%.The incidence rates of sleep disorder among boys and girls were 25.40% and 24.83%,respectively,there was no statistically significant difference( χ~2= 0.042,P > 0.05);82.05% of the children shared a bed with parents or babysitters;10.65% of the children shared a family room but not a bed,only 7.20% of the children slept alone.The proportion of children sharing a bed with parents or babysitters showed an increasing trend with age( χ~2=76.253,P<0.01),there was no statistically significant difference between boys and girls( χ~2= 3.393,P>0.05);34.71% of the children needed consolation at bedtime.Conclusion The incidence rate of sleep disorder among 0-2-year-old children in Guiyang city was high.Conducting corresponding and correct sleep health education for medical workers and parents,promoting the formation of good sleep habits,and improving sleep status of children can reduce the incidence rate of sleep disorder among children.更多还原
