【Abstract】 The aging of population is one of the focal points of current world and is also an important issue that the whole Asia,Mainland China and Macao have to face now and in the future. In response to the aging problem,Macao government tries to build the pension mechanism and welfare system to meet the actual requirements of Macao society. In addition,the social organizations in Macao with its unique services play an active role and their effectiveness wins high worldwide reputation.
