储运油泥中非油相组分对表观黏度的影响分析

【摘要】 为了对组分复杂的油泥进行有效黏度表征,提出将油泥中常见杂质添加到沥青油中,分析流变特性的方法,研究各组分对油泥黏度的影响.选用油泥中典型杂质包括高岭土、油砂、氧化铁、氯化铁及表面疏水化处理的高岭土、油砂,通过坐滴法测量固体颗粒接触角.将固体与沥青油混合,分析流变曲线.高岭土和油砂改性后接触角从<5°和35°上升至119°和94°,同时沥青油稠度指数分别从17.6和23.2升至43.2和29.1.杂质对沥青油黏度提升程度与颗粒亲油性正相关,按照稠度指数排序为:高岭土<油砂<原始沥青<氧化铁<水<改性油砂<改性高岭土<氯化铁.杂质对沥青油非牛顿流体的剪切稀释性质有影响.

【Abstract】 Impurities were added into bitumen for rheological analysis aiming to characterize the viscosity of oil sludge with complex composition.The influence of impurities on the viscosity was analyzed.The impurities included kaolin,oil sands ores,ferric oxide,ferric chloride,emulsified water,surface modified kaolin and oil sands ores.Contact angle of solids was measured by sessile drop method.The contact angle of unmodified kaolin and oil sands ores was<5°and 35°,which increases to 119°and 94°by alkylating,respectively.The material-based constant of power law equation increased from 17.6to 43.2and 23.2to29.1for unmodified and alkylated kaolin and oil sands ores,respectively.Results show that the rank of impurities influence on the viscosity is related to their lypohydrophilic character,which shows as:kaolin< oil sands ore< original bitumen<ferric oxide<emulsified water<surface modified oil sands ore<surface modified kaolin <ferric chloride.Impurities give oil sludge shear thinning behavior.
