血管内皮生长因子与糖尿病肾病相关性的中西医研究进展

【摘要】 通过查阅相关文献资料,归纳国内外专家及相关机构对血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)与糖尿病肾病(diabetic nephropathy,DN)关系的研究进展,探究糖尿病肾病状态下组织细胞产生VEGF的原因、VEGF高表达对肾脏的影响以及针对该因子的中西医干预方法,以期为临床治疗糖尿病肾病提供科学的理论依据。

【Abstract】 To summarize the research progress in correlation between vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and diabetic nephropathy(DN) by literature review and to explore the reason of VEGF production in DN, the effect of VEGF high expression on kidneys, and the intervention therapy in both traditional Chinese and western medicine towards VEGF, thus providing theoretical foundation for clinical treatment of DN.
