【摘要】 目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病对妊娠结局的影响,为制定最佳分娩方式及终止妊娠时机,改善母儿结局提供参考依据。方法选择2013年1月~2014年12月在我院住院治疗的妊娠期高血压疾病患者120例作为观察组,另选自同期在我住院分娩的120例正常产妇作为对照组,比较两组的剖宫产率、两组产妇产后出血及胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息的发生率,并比较两组的新生儿体重水平。结果观察组产妇剖宫产的比率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇产后出血、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息的发生率分别显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组新生儿体重显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期高血压疾病对母婴危害严重,妊娠期高血压疾病剖宫产比率高、产后出血、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息发病率高、新生儿体重低。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of pregnancy induced hypertension disease on pregnancy outcome,to provide reference for the development of the optimal mode of delivery and termination of pregnancy,and to improve maternal and neonatal outcomes. Methods From January 2013 to December 2014, 120 hospitalized patients with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy in our hospital as the observation group,the other was selected from the group consisting of the same period in my hospital delivery of 120 normal pregnant women as control group,compared with two groups of cesarean section rate, two groups of postpartum hemorrhage,fetal intrauterine distress,the incidence of neonatal asphyxia,two groups of neonatal weight level. Results The rate of cesarean section in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The neonatal weight of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy is a serious disease of maternal and infant, the incidence rate of cesarean section, postpartum hemorrhage, fetal distress, fetal distress, neonatal asphyxia, low birth weight.更多还原
