搅拌子转动检测与控制
Stirrer Rotation Detecting and Control
【摘要】 通常在化学滴定分析中广泛采用磁性搅拌子进行溶液搅拌,通过检测搅拌子的转动状态可以提高系统运行可靠性。该文提出了一种基于霍尔磁场信号同步采集进行磁力搅拌子角度差检测的方法,可以有效获得搅拌子运行状态,并基于该信息进行搅拌子高速可靠控制,提高搅拌效率。试验结果显示了该方法的可靠性和有效性。
【Abstract】 Magnetic stirrer is used widely in chemical titrating process to help solution mixing. Detecting rotation statue of the stirrer can improve the system reliability. This paper proposed one stirrer angular detection method based on hall magnetic field synchronous sensing. Stirrer movement mode can be determined. Base on the parameters of the movement,the stirrer can be controlled in high speed rotating reliably. The mixture efficiency can also be enhanced.The results of experiment show the feasibility and reliability of the method.
