【摘要】 对企业标准体系建设有关系列国家标准进行解读,指出整体思想和方法的局限性,提出企业标准体系建设新模式,一是"金字塔化",即企业基于国家法律法规和国家标准、行业标准、地方标准以及其他外部标准,构建和编制处于"金字塔"顶的系统、完整、真正符合企业实际需要的企业标准体系;二是"一体化",即企业的管理标准、技术标准和工作标准按照体系建设模式,以业务为导向构建企业"一体化"管理体系。在此基础上,充分发挥企业标准化积极性和潜力,提升企业核心竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The series of national standards related to the enterprise standard system construction are interpreted. The author points out the limitations of the whole idea and method, put forward the new model of enterprise standard system construction. For one thing is the "pyramidise", namely the enterprise must build its standard system based on all the national laws and regulations, national, industry and local standards, as well as the other external standards, so that to acquire a "pyramidise" standard system which is more systematic, complete, and conforms to the actual enterprise needs. For another is "integrate", namely enterprise management standard, technical standard and working standard abide by the structure of QHSE management system, according to the business-oriented principle, building the "integrated" enterprise management system. On this basis, give full play to the enthusiasm and potential of enterprise standardization, and then promote the core competitiveness of enterprises.更多还原
