【Abstract】 A 51-year-old female presented with keratotic papules on the hands and feet for 10 years,and appeared a interdigital ulcer for 1 year. A hand skin biopsy revealed hyperkeratosis in the epidermis and irregular rete ridges extending into the dermis. Furthermore,the interdigital ulcer histologically featured invasive growth of tumur with marked nuclear pleomorphism and mitosis in cells. A arsenical keratosis and high differentiated squamous cell carcinoma were diagnosed. The patient remains in the clinical follow-up.更多还原
