【摘要】 目的了解山东省青年学生艾滋病(Acquired immune deficiency syndrome,AIDS)相关危险行为特征,为制定AIDS防治策略及干预措施提供依据。方法 2011~2015年,每年4~6月采用分阶段整群抽样的方法,收集济南市和聊城市的2个国家级AIDS青年学生哨点的监测资料。将数据录入Excel表,采用SPSS 17.0进行统计分析。结果 5年共监测青年学生7 984名,发现人类免疫缺陷病毒(Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV)抗体阳性者1例,梅毒螺旋体(Treponema Pallidum,TP)抗体阳性者14例,丙型肝炎病毒(Hepatitis C Virus)抗体阳性者18例。有8人承认吸毒,664人承认有过性经历,占监测人数的8.32%。不同年份性行为发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归模型结果显示,男性、年龄较大的青年学生性行为发生率较高(P<0.01);男性、AIDS知识知晓得分<6分和少数民族的青年学生,最近1年危险性行为发生率较高(P<0.01)。结论山东省青年学生中存在AIDS传播蔓延的危险因素,尤其要加强针对男生、年龄较大、少数民族和AIDS知识不知晓青年学生的教育与干预。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand AIDS related risk behavior characteristics among young students in Shandong province,so as to provide the basis for making AIDS control strategy and intervention measures.Methods A phased cluster sampling method was used to monitor data of 2National AIDS young student sentinels in Jinan and Liaocheng cities collected during April-June,2011-2015.Data were inputted into Excel table,SPSS 17.0software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 7 984 young students were monitored for 5years,1case of HIV antibody positive was found,14 cases of TP antibody positive were found,8cases of hepatitis C virus antibody positive were found.8students admitted that they had drug taking behavior;664students admitted that they had sexual experience,accounted for 8.32% of the monitored number.There was statistical difference in the incidence of sexual behauiors in different years(P <0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression models revealed that the incidence rate of sexual behavior among young students was higher in males and older age;the incidence rate of risk sexual behavior was higher among those students who were males and the scores of knowing AIDS knowledge less than 6and minorities in the recent year.Conclusion There are risk factors in the spread of AIDS among young students in Shandong province;Sexual education and AIDS prevention health education for young students should be further strengthened;especially the education and prevention for those young students who are males,older age,minorities and not knowing AIDS knowledge.更多还原
