【Abstract】 According to Kuang Heng’s biography in the Official History of Han Dynasty,there was a doggerel song popular among his contemporary scholars to the effect that when Kuang Heng comes there is no need for others to discuss the Book of Songs any more as his reading and interpretations of the work are satisfactory to everybody,which should mean that Kuang’s studies had reached a very high level.However,this claim is not evidenced in Kuang Heng’s Memorial to the Throne,which quotes and interprets verses from the Book of Songs.So the doggerel song in the biography is an exaggeration,or a promotion for his works,or meant for other purposes.更多还原
