【摘要】 目的探讨基层综合医院心内科会诊临床特点。方法统计分析2014年5月—2015年4月1年时间内我院请心内科会诊病例的临床资料。结果共1 074例会诊病例纳入统计,包括普通会诊886例(82.49%),急诊会诊188例(17.51%);手术科室会诊676例(62.94%),非手术科室398例(37.06%)。在主会诊理由中,血压高(432例,40.22%)、心电图异常(302例,28.12%)、出现心内科相关症状(186例,17.32%)分列前三位;普外科(124例,11.55%)、眼科(123例,11.45%)及妇产科(102例,9.50%)分列科室会诊数前三位;手术科室会诊主要是术前评估(404例,59.76%),血压高、心电图异常、既往诊断冠心病是前三位主要会诊理由。结论综合医院各科室请心内科会诊常见,在为患者提供更全面、准确的医疗服务及降低医疗风险的同时,也反映了部分非心血管专科医师对心血管病基础知识的欠缺。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study clinicalfeatures of cardiology consultation in the primary hospitalof west Sichuan.Methods The clinicaldata of hospitalized patients with cardiology consultation in one year(from May 2014 to April 2015)were retrospectively analyzed. Results 1 074 cardiology consultation cases were enrolled,of which 886 were generalconsultations(82.49%),188 were emergency consultations(17.51%),676 were from surgicaldepartments(62.94%),398 were from non-surgicaldepartments(37.06%); Of the chief reasons of consultation,elevated blood pressure,ECG abnormalities,and with symptom associated with cardiac disease were top three; Department of generalsurgery(124 cases,11.55%),department of ophthalmology(123 cases,11.45%),and department of obstetrics and gynecology(102 cases,9.50%)were the top three;Surgicaldepartments’ consultations were mainly preoperative assessment(404 cases,59.76%),and elevated blood pressure,ECG abnormalities,previous diagnosis of coronary heart disease were the top three chief reasons. Conclusion It was common to ask for cardiology consultation,which reflected the lack of the basic knowledge of cardiovascular disease in some physicians while providing patients with a more comprehensive,accurate medicalservices and reducing medicalrisks.更多还原
