基质金属蛋白酶在根尖周病变中的作用

【摘要】 基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)是降解细胞外基质的重要酶类之一,在根尖周病的发生发展中起重要作用,已证实在根尖周病变的组织中主要存在MMP-1、-2、-8、-9、-13。本文就MMPs在根尖周病中的作用作一综述。

【Abstract】 Matrix metalloproteinases( MMPs) are a group of important enzymes degrading extracellular matrix. It has been found that MMPs play important roles in the development of periapical lesions. The major MMPs in periapical tissues of periapical periodontitis are MMP- 1,- 2,- 8,- 9 and MMP- 13. This paper reviews the roles of MMPs,particularly MMP- 1,- 2,- 8,- 9 and MMP- 13,in the pathogenesis of periapical lesions.
