羟基功能化纳米银的制备及性能

【摘要】 通过一步法合成了端羟基超支化聚(胺-酯)(HBP-OH),并利用其制备了一种高亲和性非离子体系的羟基功能化纳米银。利用UV-Vis、DLS、TEM对所制备的纳米银进行了表征,并测试了羟基功能化纳米银的抗菌性能。研究表明,利用HBP-OH制备的纳米银溶液具有良好的分散性和均匀性,纳米银颗粒的平均粒径约为15 nm;羟基功能化纳米银颗粒的Zeta电位随p H的变化趋势符合非离子体系纳米银颗粒Zeta电位的变化规律;纳米银对E.coli和S.aureus均具有优异的抗菌性能,且最小抑菌质量浓度约为4 mg/L。

【Abstract】 Hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched poly(amine-ester)(HBP-OH) was designed and synthesized by one-step method. The synthetic HBP-OH was then used for synthesis of non-ionic hydroxyl-functionalized Ag NPs with high affinity towards natural fibers. The Ag NPs were characterized by UV-Vis, DLS and TEM. The antimicrobial property of the hydroxyl-functionalized Ag NPs was also studied. The results showed that the Ag NPs were small size and with narrow size distribution. The average diameter determined by DLS was around 15 nm. The Zeta potential test demonstrated that the surface charge of hydroxyl-functionalized Ag NPs as a function of p H agreed well with the discipline of the non-ionic polymer capped Ag NPs. In addition, antibacterial tests showed that the Ag NPs had good antibacterial activities against E. coli and S. aureus and the minimal inhibitory concentration was about 4 mg/L.
