【摘要】 目的探讨鼻内镜下孤立性蝶窦病变的手术经验和疗效。方法鼻内镜下孤立性蝶窦病变手术30例,其中囊肿5例、真菌感染16例、炎症6例、息肉3例。结果 28例一次性治愈。蝶窦真菌感染1例、息肉1例术后1年复发,经再次手术治愈。结论鼻内镜下孤立性蝶窦病变手术应首选直接到达蝶窦前壁或蝶窦开口进入蝶窦的手术进路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the efficacy of nasal endoscopic surgery on isolated sphenoidal sinus lesions. Methods A total of 30 patients with sphenoid sinus lesions were studied including 3 cases with cyst,16 cases with mold,6 cases with inflammation and 3 cases with polyps. Results Twenty-eight cases were one-time cured. One case with sphenoidal sinus mold and one case with cyst relapsed within one year after the surgery. Conclusions Nasal endoscopic surgery should be the preferred treatment for isolated sphenoidal sinus lesions because of the advantages of clear field,minimal invasion,security and multidimensional vision.更多还原
