【摘要】 人口买卖近二十余年来已成为一个严重的社会问题,婚姻型买卖又是一个主要组成部分。其中,除了直接买卖外,还有收买后转送或拐骗成婚的,即收纳被拐卖或拐骗妇女成婚。拐卖人口流入地"成婚困难"者和/或家庭收买/收纳被拐卖妇女成婚有着诸多的原因,通过文化价值、社会结构的宏观层面,亚文化的中观层面,"个体资源说"的微观层面进行了分析,认为收买/收纳被拐卖妇女成婚是流入地贫困人口/家庭的一种生存策略选择,进而提出了对流入地贫困口/家庭有针对性地进行扶贫脱贫应成为预防拐卖人口行动的一项重要内容政策倡导。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the past twenty years,human trafficking has become a serious social problem,and the commercial marriage trafficking is a typical case. Besides direct purchase of women,there is a marriage realized through transfer purchase / acceptance of trafficked women. Various factors have resulted in the marriage- hindered men / families in the target areas who may get married through transfer purchase / acceptance of the trafficked women. In the macro- perspectives of cultural value and social structure,the meso- perspective of the sub- cultural theory and the micro- perspective of individual resources,this paper regards such marriage as a survival strategy of the poverty- stricken people in the target areas. It finally proposes an approach to the prevention of human trafficking through effective poverty- eradication projects in the target areas.更多还原
