【摘要】 目的:实现体外诊断试剂的科学管理,以有效保障医疗安全。方法:通过分析体外诊断试剂的特点、管理现状及存在的问题,并结合医院实际情况,指出体外诊断试剂管理的不足与改进方案。结果:该管理方法达到了预期效果,实现了体外诊断试剂的精细化管理。结论:医院体外诊断试剂的管理有待改进,应积极推进其由库存管理向托管方式的转变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To realize scientific management of in-vitro diagnostic reagents. Methods The characteristics, current management mode and its existing problems of in-vitro diagnostic reagents were analyzed,which were combined with the actual conditions to implement whole-course monitoring of in-vitro diagnostic reagents based on HRP in the hospital. Results The desired requirements were met, and lean management was realized for in-vitro diagnostic reagents. Conclusion The management of hospital in-vitro diagnostic reagents remains to be improved, and has to be turned from inventory control to trusteeship.更多还原
