盐胁迫对金露梅叶片酶活性和叶绿素含量的影响
Effects of Salt Stress on the Enzyme Activity and Chlorophyll Content of Potentilla fruticosa L.
【摘要】 以金露梅扦插苗为材料,通过浇灌不同浓度Na2SO4溶液,研究了盐胁迫对金露梅叶片中酶活性和叶绿素含量的影响,以及重要耐盐生理指标间的相关性。结果表明,随Na2SO4胁迫的不断增强,金露梅叶片中SOD活性、叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量均呈下降趋势;POD活性随胁迫时间的延长呈先降后升趋势;而叶绿素a/b比值未呈现单一变化规律。相关性表明,叶片中叶绿素含量与POD活性、丙二醛含量呈负相关,与SOD活性呈正相关,丙二醛含量与SOD活性呈负相关,而与POD活性呈正相关,说明Na2SO4胁迫下,丙二醛的大量积累降低了SOD的活性,加速了叶绿素的降解;而对POD活性无明显影响。综上分析可知,金露梅对Na2SO4盐具有一定的忍耐能力,适宜在盐渍化程度低的地区进行种植推广。
【Abstract】 By watering Na2SO4 solution of different concentration,the effects of salt stress on enzyme activity and chlorophyll content in the leaves of Potentilla fruticosa L was studied,and the correlation among the important physiological characteristics of salt tolerance was also studied. The results show that the SOD activity,chlorphylla,chlorophyllb and total chlorophyll content decreased with the constant enhancement of Na2SO4 stress; POD activity decreased at the beginning and then increased when the stress time was prolonged; the chlorophyll a/b ratio didn’t show a single direction variation. The correlation indicated that the chlorophyll content of leaves was negatively correlated with POD activity and MDA content,and positively correlated with SOD activity; MDA content was negatively correlated with the SOD activity,and positively correlated with POD activity,which proves the MDA accumulation decrease SOD activity,accelerated the degradation of chlorophyll but had no obvious influence on POD activity under Na2SO4 stress. This study showed that Potentilla fruticosa L. has a certain tolerance to salt Na2SO4,and it is suitable for planting in areas with low salinization.
