【摘要】 以石油醚为溶剂,采用冷浸提法提取伊犁地区蜂花粉中的粗脂肪,进行甲酯化处理,并用气相色谱技术对脂肪酸甲酯进行鉴定,共鉴定出24种脂肪酸并测定了其相对含量,其中不饱和脂肪酸相对含量达到63.38%,多不饱和脂肪酸相对含量为7.91%.此项研究为伊犁地区蜂花粉的开发和利用提供了参考依据.更多还原

【Abstract】 The rough fatty of bee-collected pollen in Yili area was extracted by petroleum solvent,then methyl-ated.The methylated fatty acids were analyzed by gas chromatography.Twenty-four acids were identified and theirrelative content was determined.The relative content of unsaturated and polyunsaturated was 63.38% and 7.91%,respectively.The results can offer a useful reference for reasonable development and utilization of bee pollen in Yiliarea.更多还原
